Seán is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management and Executive Member of the Association of International Credit Directors and Professionals.
He has over 25 years’ experience in Senior Credit Management, project management and change. Over the years he has worked with Corporates across several industries including major utilities and familiar brand names. He has presented on Credit Management and its development. He holds a first class honours degree in Business Management and studied HR Management through the National College of Ireland. Seán enjoys developing the credit and collections management strategy and capability, adding value and learnings across operations, developing teams and providing opportunities for individual growth. Baiba Gaigra, MBA, is a dynamic Senior Manager at Ivanti, leading global credit operations across Ireland, the USA, and India. She has twice achieved the "Best EMEA Credit Team" award (2021, 2022) . As the Irish Director of AICDP and the creator of the "Credit Manager Who Never Sleeps" blog, Baiba is a thought leader, innovator, and mentor in the credit industry. With over 15 years of experience in credit management Baiba continues to drive best practice in credit management.

Jim NixJim is a Business and Purchasing trainer and coach, supporting organisational objectives relating to Cost Management; Strategic and Operational Purchasing; Project and Change Management; Leadership & Business Communications.
He has 20 years experience in Corporate Senior management in Procurement, Supply Chain and a wide scope of successful Cost Management initiatives. He has worked with organisations and companies in the Public and Private sectors; in Ireland and abroad; in the following business areas - Finance, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Production and Education. Paul WhittakerPaul is the current Chair of the Chartered Institute of Credit Managers Ireland Branch and Credit Manager in Rentokil Initial.
With extensive knowledge in a range of industries including FMCG, Pest Control, Hygiene and agriculture, his time spent working in the UK, Scotland, Australia and Ireland has given him a wealth of experience across the Credit industry internationally. Specialising in modernising, streamlining and introducing key efficiencies to departments, he is always on the look-out for new innovations to help revolutionise the Credit function. He is passionate about increasing the profile of the credit profession and strives for the credit function to be given the respect and recognition it deserves with its importance being the backbone of every strong business. Declan FloodDeclan Flood is Chief Executive of ICMT and a lifelong Credit Professional who is passionate about promoting the importance of credit management in Business..
