Lynda Byron is an accomplished Leadership Development Specialist and Executive Coach.
Most of her time is spent helping organisations to identify and develop their key talent. Through innovative and challenging development programmes, as well as individual coaching, she works with individuals and groups to help them become the best they can be.
She spent much of her career with the Irish Management Institute, where she designed and delivered open and tailored programmes to a wide range of clients in Ireland as well as the UK, France, Finland, Switzerland, Holland, Germany, Cyprus and the US.
Lynda is now a Director of Leadership Journeys, a boutique company founded by a community of professionals who share the values and approach of positive psychology. Lynda and her colleagues use strengths-based methods to develop authentic, effective leadership in high performing teams.
Lynda has designed and directed Leadership Development Programmes, with frequent repeat requests, for companies of all sizes and in many sectors, e.g. Google, Bulmers, Grafton Group, Bord Gais, Dairygold, Kirby, ESBI and many more. In addition to major programmes, she conducts customised interventions for large and small teams to optimise team skills and performance, customer relationship management and individual presence and impact.

Lynda is passionate about white-water kayaking and spends her time keeping fit by participating in adventure races and cultivating her vegetable garden.
